Dr. Kayla Katterman is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) who is systemically trained to work with individuals, couples, and families facing various stressors. Dr. Kayla's practice includes but is not limited to depression, anxiety, personal growth, life transitions, relational concerns, communication issues, intimacy and sexuality, conflict resolution, and parenting challenges. Dr. Kayla specializes in reproductive and maternal mental health services. She works with a variety of issues including preconception planning, fertility struggles, pregnancy loss, postpartum mood and anxiety disorders, birth trauma, postpartum PTSD, transition to parenthood, parent-infant attachment, sexuality and body image issues. Dr. Kayla values building a trusting relationship with each client. She utilizes an authentic and engaging approach to join with her clients to create treatment plans that align with client's values and treatment goals. She is passionate about teaching clients a variety of therapy tools to create lasting changes that improve general wellbeing. Dr. Kayla strives to create a secure, yet empowering space for clients to tend to meaningful and personal work. She has provided clinical services to individuals, couples and families since 2009. Dr. Kayla continues to offer a variety of services via telehealth at this time.
