Professional Philosophy
I believe that embarking on a journey deep within one’s self to explore, conceptualize, and make purposeful change is a highly vulnerable process. I work to develop a trusting relationship through honesty and authenticity, and by meeting clients wherever he/she may be on their journey. It is truly a privilege to be invited to walk alongside and witness empowering transformations in my client’s lives
Personal Statement
Life is about finding a balance between seeing the bigger picture and staying present in the moment. As a wife, mother, and therapist, I value giving 100% to each relationship and role in my life, but it is a struggle to find a sense of balance. I strive to be my best self, and to help others do the same to create healthier and more satisfying lives.
